Every job includes a $150 service fee - it's already built into every number above. Veterans save 10% on any job, seniors save 5% - one discount per job, applied at the end. Your final price is confirmed after our on-site look: if conditions differ from your photos (hidden damage, corroded spline channels, non-standard panels), we re-quote before any work starts, and nothing happens without your approval. No surprise invoices, ever. We're a repair and maintenance company - we don't perform structural work, and every quote is limited to handyman repair scope.
